I don’t believe that Denzel cheated on his wife. I saw him after a play once and a women asked him for a kiss and he very kindly said no. I was so impressed that he didn’t kiss her not a peck on the check or a hug nothing inappropriate. From that day forward, I have had respect for him. I know he is human and like all of us have weak moments but I believe he respects his wife and his family and doesn’t want to be want some not so nice people are waiting for him to be — a failure.

All of that is a lie, Denzel and Pauletta will be together for ever as it should be. His family values is what is most attractive about him. Pauletta and Denzel is the ideal couple. Get a life.

I sure hope the rumors are not true. I really thought that Denzel and Pauletta were an ideal couple. He seems so devoted to his marriage and children. I am praying for the couple to find true happiness together again.

It’s bad enough that they may be getting a divorce but what I admired is that Denzel was married to a black woman… I hear that he may be dating a white woman… that sucks!…

I just saw an interview with Denzel Washington on Good Morning America this morning. Denzel talks about his plans for the holidays with his WIFE and family. His son is now playing for the St. Louis Rams and his daughter has returned home from college last night…and he was not there to greet her, but he looks forward to returning home with his family. He has FOUR children, not five: 2 girls and 2 boys.
Gossip sucks when it is not true.
Open your mouth when you know of what you speak.
I wieh the best for Denzel, his marriage and his family.
Shay…you will one day land the man of your dreams (he may be someone else’s husband). And the way you get him COULD be the way you lose him. That is a very ugly and GHETTO attitude you have about men.
Paulette is not the cutest woman in the world (and NOT because she is not the lightest skinned woman), but she is HIS wife. HE chose HER.
TREY…YOU are the bitch. Marriage is a sacred institution no matter what cult has brainwashed you to believe otherwise. HE chose to get married. The vows were clear to him because HE recited them. So when HE said ’til death do us part’, then HE committed to working out whatever problems may arise. I certainly hope no poor, unsuspecting woman married you thinking you were a good catch because you are obviously very stupid and have a limited comprehension of vocabulary. If you made those vows and EVER think that your marriage surviving is ‘just because’, then you are dumb, limited, unintelligent, ignorant, and all other appropriate synonymns. I am sitting here and reading the comments about the Washington’s marriage and I must say that I am disappointed, not suprised but disappointed. To even have some women or men say that Pauletta is not “cute” infuriates me. Marriage is an institution that God created so that a man and a woman could grow, mature, love, and journey through life tohether in a holy environment. If you know class then you know that Pauletta oozes it. You are right she is not “cute’, she is down right regal, but then you would have to have class to recognize it. The woman is always flawlessy dressed, beautifully coiffed and articulately spoken. What more could the brother want? She has helped to raise and cultivate obviously intelligent children that are not always the topic of the tabloids and she is a proven philanthropist. So with that said, if Denzel has cheated with Sanaa or any other women, he has only cheated himself out of what every man with class, civilty and taste desires, “The Virtuous Woman”. You can believe in situations like this “cute” does not cut it. And for those of you who only have cute to contribute to a relationship , I suggest you practice doing a lot of back exercises because because if you notice “cute” women spend a lot of time on their lying down. More power to you Mrs. Washington.

To Shay and all others who are disrespecting Paulette because YOU think she isn’t pretty enough. You are wrong. She is beautiful. DOes she need to be lighter in skin tone? Is that what you think beauty is?
Anyway, if this is true about Denzel, I am very disappointed. He is my favorite actor of all times. If this turns out to be more than a rumor, I will not purchase and DVDs, watch any movies, or attend any theather presentations with his name associated!

i do hope very much that all these is rumuor. Denzel is one of my star actors (the best actually i trip for). whatever the case, divorce aint no option for them. Hey Denzel u need a lot of prayer now to do the right thing, don’t get carried away with crazy peoples notion of marriage which does not include life long fidelity. my prayers for u too.
