Kelly Clarkson Gives Up and Gives In
Kelly Clarkson after a short battle with her label and the producers of American Idol has agreed to allow Simon to use some of her songs on the show. After putting up a small but noble stand to not have her music turn into more mainstream garbage then it already is, she is now content with letting them use a couple songs.
Simon Cowell is quotes as saying, “No matter how talented Kelly Clarkson is, she would not be in the position she’s in now without winning this show.” Currently Simon is negotiating with Sony BMG to decide which songs will be used and which ones can’t be touched.
